Deliverables:

$10$ SQL Reports: Create essential reports for daily, weekly, or monthly operations, including property listings, agent performance, client summaries, monthly sales, and location analysis.

Final Project Report: Document the schema, ER Diagram, SQL queries, sample outputs, and any assumptions made.

The database and reports should reflect best practices in database design, normalization, and business utility.
