Reasonable prices may be obtained when there is a reduction of unnecessary processes and/or medical staffs and/or employees as the U.S. medical costs/charges and high insurance premiums are primarily or probably due to messy/complicated processes and overlapped inter-departmental work activities. However, can the hospitals or other institutions remove those unnecessary processes and/or staffs/employees? (There may be lawsuits involved to do so.)
