Recently, some companies have faced several problems in the timing of projects from start to finish due to the lack of commitment to delivery on time and many problems related to the time problem. All of this has many causes, the most prominent of which is not giving enough importance and time to planning the project appropriately and taking into account its scopes. This often happens from stakeholders.
