Recognizing that understanding the target audience is a critical element in effective persuasion, each student will develop a written audience analysis and speech outline that includes $(1)$ the title of the presentation, $(2)$ a one sentence persuasive message, $(3)$ a one paragraph description of the target audience, $(4)$ a brief explanation of what the student is asking the audience to do$,$ and $(5)$ a brief explanation of what makes the student$$s persuasive message and strategic approach effective.
