  • Is the message received as intended, or is a miscommunication taking place? Why or why not?
• Compare/Contrast the three interactions. Consider the following:
  • What was the setting and context for the communication?
  • Who was involved in the communication?
  • What were the expectations of the communicators (consider their different backgrounds and worldviews)?
  • What types of noise were taking place? (You may only be able to observe external noise, but see if you notice any internal noise on the part of the communicators.)
