Case Study C - Virtual classroom A recent survey was carried out by a local TAFE institute, to review their organisational digital strategy after the first year of online classes during the pandemic. The results showed that: 53% of the students feel that the teacher was not well versed with the technical aspects of a virtual classroom 72% of the students feel that the concept of the virtual class made them feel isolated 25% of the students were not asked to keep their cameras and microphones on. The institute management has realised that they need to improve the digital strategy to help them restore the faith of the students and the institute's reputation. From here, they have appointed a review team to review their digital strategy plan and make the necessary improvements.
