All internal partition walls are 100 mm thick hollow concrete block wall. All walls shall be of similar height. Brick walls shall be in common bricks laid English Bond and Block walls laid in stretcher bond and bedded and jointed in cement sand mortar (1:3) mix. Ceramic wall tiles shall be 300 x 300 x 12 mm thick laid on 15 mm thick cement sand (1:3) floor screed. Ceiling tiles shall be 600 mm x 600 mm x 10 mm acoustic board on Aluminum T- grid suspension system.
