Plan a one-day menu for Judy that stays within her carbohydrate goals provided by the dietitian AND meets all her other nutritional needs for pregnancy, including but not limited to 3 servings of dairy foods, 3 cups of vegetables, and 2 servings of fruit. (This is not all she will eat.) Make sure menus are complete, including protein rich foods. Put in a table/chart form showing grams of carbohydrate for each food item for the day.
