Question:
Refer to the information presented in this document, as they relate to the two project components.
Design Plan. The Design Plan must include, at minimum, the items listed in the bulleted points.
The Description
For this project, provide context (is it a real or fictitious learning request) and the assumptions you are making about the case (i.e. all prospective learners will be supported by managers after the training, etc.)
Case selection: A real-life workplace initiative, or a fictitious case you create. The case can reflect any training style; synchronous or asynchronous.
Program Objective(s)
A minimum of one Learning Objective – must be written in a 3-part format
Audience Analysis/Learner Profile
Design Channel(s)/training types and Rationale
Evaluation Strategy
Requirements and Implementation Strategy
Learning Plan for one Learning Objective (listed in the Design Plan). The plan must, at a minimum:
Demonstrate the application of 3 part format learning framework and each segment of the framework must be labeled (Before, During, After)
Reflect a 30-minute unit of learning and timeframes are cited throughout the design (i.e. Small group discussion: 5 mins.)
Include one 3-part learning objective (Condition, Performance, Criterion) that is aligned with the appropriate assessment method(s) and instructional method(s).
Provide the rationale for selecting the assessment and instructional methods for achieving the performance statement listed in your learning objective. Note: Include this at the very end of your plan, under the heading, Rationale for selection of Methods
