Create an Expectations Model, similar to the example in a two$-$column format, and include several statements indicating mutual expectations for both the manager and the employee. Focus on job$-$specific and job$-$relevant expectations. Avoid standard, company$-$wide expectations such as $$follow company policies$$ or $$work hours are $8$ am to $5$ pm$,$ etc. These are general expectations of all employees and the exercise should be to focus on key mutual expectations for the manager and the employee. Focus on the first $100$ days of the job, and include a minimum of ten specific, observable and measurable expectations for each of the manager and employee.
