Referring to your notes on the two articles you chose to read as well as the video instruction on "How to Read Like a Writer," write about at least one quality of each author's writing style you admired and would like to emulate in your own writing. Explain a) what each writing characteristic is (be specific!), b) why you admired/enjoyed each stylistic element, and c) how you might emulate it. In all, write 6-10 sentences, being sure to refer to each author by their last name. (Note: It's never appropriate to refer to any author by their first name.)
