• Consider your team's performance. Why do you think your team achieved more or less of the goals than other groups in the class. What did you and other team members do that helped or hindered the process?

• Think about how your team made decisions. Did everyone participate in the decision-making process or did some members engage in self-liming behavior? Were there any biases, symptoms of groupthink, or decision polarization on your team? What would you do differently next time to address these issues?

• Discuss any affective or cognitive conflicts your team experienced. How did this affect the effectiveness of your team? If you had a chance to work together again would you do anything differently?
