The purpose of the reflection assignment is to demonstrate your understanding of OB and the connection to a real$-$life situation. For this assignment you will be assigned an OB topic by your professor. You will describe the OB topic, connect your topic to a real$-$life example and identify two recommendations for the example you outline. It is critical to link OB concepts throughout your paper. You will be required to bold the OB concepts throughout your paper to demonstrate your understanding and application of OB$.$

Your paper should be between $650-800$ words.$$
