Reflection Discussion: Where do you go from here?

In previous papers, you have systematically analyzed your organization from a leadership point of view. You have analyzed leadership experiences that have had positive and negative outcomes. Recently, you have developed a playbook to manage ethical dilemmas. Now, it is time to consider what kind of leader you want to become.

Use the concepts from this class to answer the questions below. The goal is to give yourself a systematic and theoretically grounded plan to develop yourself as a leader beyond this class. What are your strengths as a leader? How do you leverage these strengths? What are your weaknesses? How do you mitigate or overcome those weaknesses?
