Reflection on The Chamberlain MSN executive track program has prepared me to become a competent and confident nurse executive. The discussion, assignments, and project planning tools present and utilized throughout the program have helped to elicit thoughtful reflection and consideration, promote evidence-based practice, as well as provided us with tools that can be utilized throughout our executive career. This journey has been long and at times painful, but it has all been worth it. The final two courses in the program are what brought everything together for me as a leader at the unit level, as well as the executive level. This has been a rewarding and eye-opening experience that I will not forget. I truly believe that this program has pushed me to think on a higher level, as well as pushed me to be open, flexible, and professional with any situation that may present itself. I feel that this program has helped me to be a better leader overall.
