Your task is to write a one-page double-spaced paper reflecting on course content as it relates to the management of people, as per your own career going forward. For example, if you aim for a managerial role in your career, after taking this course, how might you change your approach to managing people? Alternatively, how might the course material change how you manage yourself and your own career? You are free to use any course concepts and material but be clear and specific about the material that you are applying. Assignment will be marked based on how well you integrate course material and the clarity and expression of your thoughts.
