Write a statement explaining how you lead yourself today. Discuss what you have leamed

about yourselfin Module $2$ of our course. This self$-$reflection provides the baseline for your

future leadersilip style both personally and in the workplace. Please refer to concepts online and

the discussion we had as a class. This is meant to get you to thinking about what leadership is

to you now, and where you may want to improve...starting now!
