Remember the gap analysis from last week's assignment? This week as a Business Manager, go one step further and identify specific actions you can take to maintain your proficiency in your strengths and specific actions you can take to eliminate those gaps. Next, we're going to work on completing and tracking those actions every day to build a habit!

STEP 1: To start, fill in the Goals & Habits Tracker with new habits that you'd like to establish in the next 30 days. Remember, a habit doesn't have to be a BIG action to make a difference and move yourself forward. Think of actions that will help you reach your goals! Make sure your habit tracker has: At least 3 habits that relate to a SMART career goal. (For example, if your SMART career goal is "Pass the RHIT with a score of 80% or better by October of this year," your habit might be "spend one hour per day studying for the RHIT exam.") At least 2 habits that relate to a SMART personal goal. (For example, if your SMART personal goal is "Take my family on a vacation to visit my sister by October of this year," your habit might be to "skip the soda purchase at the gas station and put the money in a vacation fund instead.") For each day you accomplish the task, put an "x" in the box. (You will upload your completed Goals & Habits tracker for your Week 11 capstone project.)

STEP 2: In this discussion, share your 3 SMART career goal habits and 2 SMART personal goal habits that you wrote down in your tracker. (You do NOT need to share the completed tracker.)
