Develop a UDF using VBA that finds the number of times $($Mlterations$)$ MValue $1^2$ is less than MConstraint. MConstraint is input by the user. MValue $1$ starts at $2$ and increases by $2$ each time MValue $1^2$ is less than MConstraint.

For example,

Input: Mconstraint $=50$

Output: MIterations $=3$
