Rephrase: In this case, I used the WH framework to identify what was going on in each situation. I had never used this framework before to put data in context or determine what was going on. However, the information in the reading helped me understand how to use the WH framework to evaluate the situation. For instance, I looked at how the management evaluates each department to find the weak spots. Also, the framework could be used to figure out what different departments of the company need. The framework was important for figuring out which parts of the company needed to be studied. I think that both the upper and lower levels of the organization can benefit from the WH framework. When this tool is used correctly, good things can happen, like workers and leaders being more productive. Overall, the WH framework helped me come up with ways to deal with the different problems in the case.
