Reply ro the following with recommendations: I would plan to meet with a group level teachers to discuss my findings on my research paper, I would recommend the change for the current practices on data according to my data because my data will show that most teachers feel not valued in their school environment and wanting a sense of belonging in the school community .My strategy will show in the questionnaires for educators on retaining teachers for a work-balance life. I would set up a time frame for all stakeholders to discuss the topic with their feedback. and strategies to use.
