Not just anybody can be the manager because they have to know what they are doing and how to run that restaurant and keep all the employess in check. The two main things need to be is muti-tasking, social skills, work ethic, needs manager experience, and great customer service towards the customers. I think those are all traits a manager needs to have and needs the right qualification
