In every project a work breakdown structure is an important part of completing the project. When project management doesnt implement a proper system to complete a project it can result in a failed project. When they dont present all ideas with a timeline or budget it can throw the project for a spin. It will not include anything that may or may not happen during the duration of the project. In any project a work breakdown structure would benefit a large group project. It would help create a guide for all the people involved.
