~~ pee This week, | found it very challenging to find moments to just \"be.\" the home that are constantly demanding my attention. her first child who has no idea what she is doing, | have 3 children in | have a daughter who just had so | am always helping her with my grandbaby. | have homework that | can't even start until the kids go to bed. Once that is over, | can finally lay and bed and unwind, but then I'm up for 2-3 more hours there. So, | tried the concept of no other activity at dinner. That failed on several occasions this week. If you have ever watched the movie Hotel Transylvania and seen the werewolf with his pack of wolflings and how they just climb everywhere; that is how dinner goes at my house. LOL. It's a constant struggle to keep the 7 year old in the seat. The 9 year old is wanting me to google answers to questions he has from school. Dinner is the only time | am able to brief my wife on what is going on because she works night shifts and sleeps the entire day. | walk around campus to get to class and | focus a lot on one foot in front of the other so I don't trip. But then I look up and see the stars and want to watch them, not looking at my feet anymore. Then | hear ambulances go by and | start thing, \"there goes money.' So it's safe to say that | failed at just \"being\" while walking. There is just too much stimulation for me to not just let things go by. Even now, | sat for 3 minutes just looking around my office. First thing that | felt was | wish | could breath out my nose. | am in the middle of an allergy attack that | don't want to turn isto a cold so | have the lovely cold symptoms. I'm still looking at realize | really need to clean this place. With school and work, | have not been as diligent as | should be with the house. The water is off today because of a water main leak in the city so we have no running water. All of these things is causing my body to feel more anxious than normal. | chose a great day to do this assignment. LOL. But | can say, | feel like | slept good last night despite everything else
