Organization development professionals promote a humanitarian style of values, which could prove beneficial to its company. Morals such as being honest, being helpfut, team-oriented, and having an outgoing personality in regard to reaching out to more individuals such as collaborating is heavily promoted. With these characteristics, it makes the working environment more positive and helpful, and decreases conflict within the workplace. Furthermore, it helps promote creativity among employees. In recent years, these values have been enhanced by giving management the opportunity to collaborate and build teams in which each Brty contributes and creates a healthy environment for coming up with solutions. Moreover, many job applications incorporate personality tests to see whether or not your morals and customs are compatiole with the company's.
