reply to I recognized the assignment was forward-thinking, but I just had the opportunity to put some of these concepts into practice and wanted to discuss the class's thoughts on them. I was hired to improve the performance of a low-performing region. It is crucial to note that, even though I have only been here for a short time, it has become clear that a group intervention is required, as has the mindset of "my store" by certain leaders and their activities taken in favor of that specific location. The organization has explicitly declared that the new strategy will be based on a "one store, one team" mentality, prompting the formation of a team. Building capacity in group or team processes and development is important to ensure that new groups or teams start off on the right foot (Bierema, 2020). The most important feature of a team is "synergy" i.e. the team can achieve much more as the members can achieve individually (Surbhi, 2018)
