For some organizations, "communication is considered adequate if the information conveyed is accurate, timely, and well-received by others" (Saputra,2021). Having all of these factors, can impact the outcomes of an organization. 2.) Communication and leadership skills grow when surrounded by motivated individuals increasing an organization's success rate.
