Someone is a motivated individual if they are willing to exert themselves at a high level and put effort into reaching the goals of the organization in order to allow the organization, its customers, and its employees to be as successful as possible $($Saputra$,2021).$ Organizations who hire highly motivated individuals are more likely to achieve greater success compared to other organizations that don't. Communication and leadership skills grow when surrounded by motivated individuals increasing an organization's success rate.
