reply to post: I prefer to rely on the algorithm approach that gives us step-by-step instructions. As a teenager, I would have never dreamed of saying this as I felt I knew everything and did not need help from anyone, but now that I'm an adult I do not feel this way any longer. I now find myself wanting as much detail as possible, telling me exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. Therefore I can honestly say the algorithm approach is the best for me at this stage in my life
