We learned about many topics throughout this week's reading, from leadership, managing conflicts, and resolving an issue. I decided to focus on one of the lead actors who played a crucial character in the original series who died unexpectedly. Sadly, a member has been lost, yet there is always a solution to everything. Especially with the technology that surrounds us, there is nothing impossible. I have two plans in mind that we can pursue with. The first one is to hire a new person to play the role and get a fantastic make-up artist to look exactly like the person who dies. I'm talking about eyes, eyebrows, lip lines, all of it. Also, make sure the best editor is on the team to make the scene and edit perfectly so that the audience doesn't notice the difference. But with that can come glitches and errors. Maybe it is impossible to find a make-up artist to make the new character look like the old, and the audience will notice right away. Perhaps the editor can do much, so we are back to square one. But then there is plan B, where you can make the old character die in an accident and introduce a new character to the scene. Many people will not mind, they will be upset that one of the main characters died, but if the new character is as better or even better looking than the last, it will not even matter. In many movies and series, characters leave or die, and other characters come along. Honestly, sometimes they aren't even missed. But sometimes, if the new character doesn't make up for the old one, the movie can lose viewers and end the whole series of films. Therefore there is a significant risk producer are taking when doing this. From my point of view, I honestly will take the risk and have the old character either go away on a trip or die in an accident and introduce a whole new character. It leaves view interested to know if the old nature will come back and what the new character will offer that the old doesn't. My number recommendation is to make sure the new character is attractive; it calls attention.
