Visual Analysis

Here, I will prepare entity relationship diagram, there will be three entities that include Vendor Table, Order Table and Product Table.

I will order many of the same products several times, there will be multiple orders for the same products, again, in each order, I will order N number of products, hence, the relationship between the products and orders would be N-N, in case, I will order only one time, then the relationship between the products and orders would be N-1, here, I have considered that in that one order, I have ordered multiple number of products.

Now let me assume that each vendor could serve us multiple products and I have ordered that product from one vendor, so, the relationship between the products and vendors would be N-1, again, If I order products from multiple vendors, then the relationship between the products and vendors would be N-N.

Now let me explain about three tables:

Order tables: this table will include all the details of a particular order or various attributes, that detail could include order ID, order date, product associated with that order, vendor associated with that order, customer for this order, etc.

Vendor tables: this table will include various attributes like Vendor ID, their name, contact details, address, etc.

Product tables: the product tables could include various attributes like product ID, quantities, price of the products, each table could also include foreign key, let say if I include vendor associated with this product, then this vendor data is here, foreign key.
