Project Management Tools

Technique/Tool 1: Gantt chart- I will use for significant projects that have lots of moving parts that are all connected

Technique/ Tool 2: Deliverables. I have learned how to properly establish project deliverables, which makes guiding the project easier.

Technique / Tool 3: Risk Management- The various Risk Management options will stay in my mind as different risk management tools are helpful in my day-to-day work. I had been practicing some of the Risk management skills before learning about them. I now have names to put to the management as well as new ideas.
