The way the organization is structured, differences of professional opinions, and the level of autonomy individual workers have can lead to conflict. For example, people who value autonomy at work may not like working somewhere that is structured as an entrepreneurial or machine organization. In those types of organizations, decision making authority is concentrated in a small group of people.
