reply to While I have not completed enough research on my own to firmly agree that the Blue Ocean Strategy is the best maturity model, I agree with the authors that thinking critically about project priority within a project portfolio is crucial to achieving successful project management maturity. Without determining which projects are priority at any given point can lead to the symptoms that produce project failure, such as scope creep, budget overruns, project team demotivation, break down in communication, etc. I also appreciate that the Blue Ocean Strategy cyclically reevaluates projects in line with the level of maturity of project management within the organization. In other words, is this project consistent with the project portfolio/program level that we are functioning at as an organization
