repond to$,$ No$,$ I do not feel all elderly people need to live in a long$-$term care environment. The decision should be made based on an individual's needs and abilities. Just thinking of the elderly people in my life, they are independent and able to socialize and take care of themselves. I feel that saying all elderly people need to be placed in a long$-$term care environment removes their freedom of choice and ability to make their own decisions. It seems like a way to put them out of sight once they reach a certain age.
