Identify and explain the Ethical problem and the Ethical dilemma in the case.

Identify and explain who is in the dilemma?

What type of conflict is the ethical dilemma in your developed case? Explain why you think so$.$

Are any of the ethical issues identified in point $2$ above justifiable such as $($a$)$ if the survival of the company is at stake? $($b$)$ if stakeholders will be negatively affected Refer to the 'golden rule' and 'the greater good' and apply them here.

Identify and explain which organizational department$($s$)$ were directly accountable for the problem and then dilemma $-$Focus om Research and Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, technology, Human resources, finance, and accounting $($Refer to FIG$\mathrm{.}3\mathrm{.}1,$ page $44).$

Examine the Company's Code of Conduct and its standards. Explain how the company can improve and benefit from their Code to resolve the ethical issues you have identified above.

Identify the violation of global code of conduct, UN global compact, or OECD code of conduct.

What other steps would you suggest that the Company should take to sustain, improve, or restore their reputation?
