Write a short analytical memo report for the CEO of WCM$,$ Daniel Habersham,

analysing the options you considered in relation to the planned joint venture in Africa.

Make recommendations on what WCM should do$.$

To effectively deliver the message:

$$ include all the relevant components, headings, subheadings and a report title

$$ inform Daniel of the $6$ risks you discussed with other senior executives, report

whether the risks are low or high and make recommendations on what WCM

should do$,$ give reasons for going or not going ahead with the joint venture

regret for not moving forward with the project
