I set aside child support on my own, without any help from anyone. Here are the dates that my ex-spouse said they served me to a third-party, which we gave to him the address where I was currently living. But no one ever came to serve me there. They said they served me at my ex-spouse's address, which we always exchanged text messages and addresses for because we always took my son to their place or to the police station and they always picked him up or dropped him off at my husband's address. We are new to all of this, and it's confusing why they would use a third-party if we had been exchanging text messages and exchanging addresses back and forth different locations. So it's kind of strange why my ex-spouse didn't get it and use a third-party themselves. The judge didn't allow me to talk during the mediation, and the attorney representing me in the case didn't allow me to explain myself to me. Something doesn't seem right, and we're trying to fix this situation. My wife is down right now, and she doesn't understand why this happened to her. All she did was love her son. I try to help out, but she needs more money.
