REQUIRED: Each student in the course should identify

something in their own current (or past or anticipated future)

life that is a project and can be shown (proven) to meet the

definition of a project

1. What is the project? Be sure to clearly identify it in

the first sentence of the paragraph, then in the remaining

sentences of the paragraph please describe the project in detail

so that the reader of the document can fully understand the

nature of the project. This paragraph should be 5 to10 sentences

in length. (Number this paragraph as number 1.)

2. How does the project described in paragraph 1 meet

the definition of a project? Please clearly state your response

and provide STRONG justification and support for each key point

that you make. (Hint: You may want to review the material from

Chapter 1 of the textbook and the Chapter 1 lecture notes before

attempting this part of the assignment.) Make sure that this

part of your submission leaves no doubt in the reader's mind that what you

have described in the first paragraph is indeed something

that meets the definition of a project. Be very thorough as you

write each paragraph, as responses that are too brief and/or

superficial will NOT receive high scores on this assignment.

(Further Hint: Some students find it helpful to show how the

project they have described in part 1 above specifically meets

each part of the definition of a project.
