This exercise examines the four steps in the discipline process.

Supervisors are responsible for maintaining discipline, making sure the workplace is safe, and that employees are performing to the best of their ability. When a supervisor becomes aware of a problem, the supervisor must meet with those involved, investigate the situation, and decide if discipline is required and, if so$,$ what level of discipline.
