Step $1$: Research.

Using the three health websites given in the unit, or other reliable websites you are aware of$,$ research a health concern you have. If a certain health condition or disorder runs in your family, consider using that topic. Otherwise, choose a health disease or disorder you want to know more about. While researching, note information you find important, and be sure to find out the answers to these questions:

How is the disease$/$disorder diagnosed?

What are the treatment methods available?

Are there any recent technological or research$-$based developments that make diagnosis and$/$or treatment easier or more readily available?

Step $2$: Think about it

Consider why it would be important to use more than one health resource to gather information?

Step $3$: Design an informational brochure

Either digitally or on paper $($much like the ones you would see at a doctor$$s office$),$ create an informational brochure that provides reliable and helpful information on the health concern, including how the disease$/$disorder is diagnosed and treated. Use the front of the brochure to try to grab the attention of a reader. Towards the back, note websites and resources where they can go to learn more about the disease$/$disorder$,$ and in a small note, include a reason why more than one resource is recommended to gather more information.
