Highlight them also. 4. Describe the External environment of the organizations under consideration in terms of PESTC analysis and Porter's Five forces. 5. Draw an EFE matrix along with the result interpretation 6. Prepare a competitive profile matrix (CPM). You may choose industry critical success factors (CSFs) based on your observation. 7. Describe the internal environment of the organization in terms of structure, departments, staff, and activities, etc. 8. Draw the IFE matrix along with interpretation. 9. Write a few long term Objectives based on your IFE and EFE 10. Strategy Formulation by using TOWS matrix, SPACE matrix, Grand Strategy matrix, and BCG matrix. 11. Draw a model QSPM for strategy selection 12. propose some annual objectives and discuss implementation issues in general. 13. Describe issues that you would address in different departments like finance, marketing, Hr, and different departments like finance, HR, IT, marketing, and Research and development. 14. Propose qualitative and quantitative strategy evaluation methods/ 15. Draw and explain the strategic evaluation framework. This assessment will account for 20% of your overall subject grade.
