   2. Your name, the course, and the date
   3. The professor's name

   1. Subheadings that appear in the text
   2. Page number of these headings

1. A Research Paper with:
   1. Begins with an Introduction
   2. Has a well-organized Body been divided into Sections and Sub-sections?
   3. Ends with a Conclusion or Summary
