1. Research Paper - (week 10)
   1. Students will draft a research paper from one of the topical areas covered in the second half of the course. Possible topics include: Tort Reform, Criminal Law, International Law, Business Organizations, Employment Law and Rights, Antitrust, Privacy and Consumer Protection.
   2. Research papers must contain a minimum of 5 pages of content (not including title and reference pages which are required) and a minimum of 3 academic references (cited in-text and on reference page).
   3. Research papers must be formatted in either MLA or APA style.
   4. Research Papers must be submitted to the Dropbox by the end of Week 10 (Sunday).
   5. Research papers may not be submitted late. This is because the semester ends, and grades must be recorded immediately upon the day after the last day of the semester.
