a factual episode

Your fell ow board members, anxious for your new perspective on th e company's

history, have asked you to write the m a letter. The letter should provide a brief

sourced (in FNs) historical and contextual review of the episode, and then detailed

analysis, drawing upon course materials addressing ethic s and laws of corporate

governance. PossibleFormat for the paper will be a 7- to10-page
