My answer and my English not good
Step A Best choice to is Ubuntu and Zorin OS.it aready ruunning Windows 7, with Linux in Virtual Box.i find some that are friendly and visually to same windows 7. here is two list
- Ubuntu is one of the most popular distros. It's frequently updated and is a very user-friendly program.
- Zorin OS was designed and felt like Windows 7, so the user will feel right at home.
