Resource Identification:The following resources are required to host a webinar on Project Management:

• Human Resources:
  • A host who is knowledgeable in the given topic and can conduct a webinar
  • Attendees who are interested in learning about Project Management
  • Volunteers who are capable of assisting the attendees and collecting feedback from them after the sessions are finished
  • Audio & Video Technicians to take care of any issues during the seminar

• Physical Resources:
  • Computers and other peripherals
  • Audio and video equipment
  • Cameras to record the sessions
  • Power Backup to all the equipment
  • A good internet connection

Resource Control:

• For the project to be a success it is important that is completed within the allotted budget of$CAD 10,000 and within the stipulated timeframe of6 weeks
• Ensure that the cost to buy the computers and other required peripherals and cameras does not exceed the budget. There must be enough room in the budget after buying the equipment to hire audio and video technicians
• Make sure that the duration of the project does not exceed the scheduled 6 weeks
• Inform the host, volunteers, and equipment technicians of their necessary duties throughout the project

Assumptions:

• Physical resources like computers and cameras to work without any mechanical issues or failures
• A host to conduct the webinar without any interruptions
• Audience to attend and engage with the host and provide adequate feedback
• Volunteers to efficiently assist with any issues during the sessions
• Audio and video technicians to handle equipment issues

Constraints:

• Project Schedule of 6 weeks might not be enough to collect necessary feedback
• Allotted budget might not be enough to conduct the webinars
• Equipment might malfunction during the sessions
• Feedback might not be indicative of general interest
