Resources are becoming scare and consequently, they have to be managed effectively. Managing resources is an important attribute which Heads or schools should develop. Provide examples as support. 

(a) Identify some major resources which must be managed and maintained at school level.

(b) Critically analyse which Heads of schools should possess in order to manage resources effectively.
