respond: I thoroughly enjoyed reading all your discussion posts throughout this semester and I hope all of your finals went well. During each week of this course, I learned something new that I know will aid me in my future business endeavors. To start off I wanted to list some of the key concepts that stuck out to me the most from this course. The list includes growing and keeping top talent and the importance of B players. Since I just graduated this semester, I plan on starting full time work at my family business in January. I will be handling things like project management, HR management, and Construction management. I've worked at that company throughout my life, but it was only during the summer for about 4-5 months at a time.
