respond to and provide reference: The phrase that really stuck out to me in this video was: "Globalization is about things we do$,$ not just things we make." I think that encompasses the entire Idea of the video. I had never thought of globalization in the way that was explained in the video, to me it was more just industrial but it is much more than that. When you think about the things that were mentioned in the video one of the points that was made makes me think about how pay and tax regulations would be conducted if there were a way to make people from different countries telework. That sounds like it has a bunch of issues that will come from it as we move more towards that direction. As was stated in the video if a company based in the USA was able to get a person from another country to do your job they'd be able to pay them significantly less than another worker who lives in the USA. This matters because of course if given the option as a business you will always choose to spend less money where you are able. One thing we know for sure is working from home is something many more companies are using as a recruiting tool. Studies have shown that even people working in the US are willing to part with some pay in order to work from home. The amount of workers who are working from home now doesn't look like it was stop increasing in fact the amount of people working from home seems to increase to about $36$ million Americans working from home by $2025.$
