Task conflicts are most manageable by using negotiation and conflict management techniques. Its best to keep the information less personal for better understanding. Management may also be able to engage the other party by compromising, competing, and collaborating in order to come up with a final solution. Effective conflict management is appreciation the sources of power for each party involved and knowing how and when a certain power source could be used.

2) Managers can resolve some conflict management within good negotiation by, giving some of the power to each individual involved and knowing how and when an individual power source could be used.
